As someone who is very keen on advancing their training and skill, I think it would be very beneficial if we had some sort of written training manual involving (at least) Basic Combat Tactics, Squad Movement, and Standard Operating Procedures during battle. I realize that we have boot camp, BCT, and ACT for these purposes, but I, for one, am typically only available on Fridays, when these sessions are limited. If some (or all) of this information was to be kept in the clan website, it would allow for accelerated training and self study. This wouldn't replace the need for boot camp, other peer to peer training methods, or live evaluation, but it would be a valuable tool to get everyone on the same page much faster.

I've had experience writing training manuals and reports for other applications, and I would be happy to aid in their construction, if that would help the process.

Cheers,
Recruit MorninBake
